*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the objection letter dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) sent by respondent No.2 to the petitioner. 2.
