Petitioner-landlord is in revision against the order dated 14.3.2016(P-1) passed by learned Rent Controller,Sri Muktsar Sahib vide which application filed by the petitioner for directing respondents to deposit arrears of rent in petitioner's bank account has been dismissed.
Notice of motion was issued.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner-landlord submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the main rent petition itself stands decided by the learned Rent Controller.
