AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned orders dated 06.02.2018 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Additional District Judge, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioners against the impugned order dated 31.01.2017 (Anexure P-2) dismissing the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC, has been dismissed. Before commenting upon the impugned orders, this Court asked Mr. Rajesh Bhatheja, Advocate to apprise the status of the suit. On acquisition of the knowledge, he informed the Court that suit is listed for plaintiffs' evidence. The suit of the year 2016. I am of the view that no purpose would be served in deciding the interim application as no such event had taken place enabling the petitioner-plaintiffs to press the application for interim stay.
