(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned communication dated 19.12.2018 (Annexure P-10), issued by respondent No.2. A further prayer for issuing direction to respondent No.2 to accept the One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal submitted by the petitioner by way of communication dated 12.10.2018 through email dated 13.10.2018 (Annexure P-8 Colly), has been made. Besides above, certain other prayers have also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the earlier OTS proposal submitted by the petitioner has been rejected, the second OTS proposal submitted by the petitioner is under consideration of respondent No.2. Accordingly, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case, the second OTS proposal submitted by the petitioner is not accepted by respondent No.2.
