(Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 25.02.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Amritsar whereby civil suit filed by respondents is ordered to be adjourned sine die. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that out of 06 witnesses, 1 has been cross examined and cross examination of other witnesses is still pending. Keeping in view the age of the defendants is more than 76 years of age, order order dated 25.02.2012 passed by learned Civil GAURAV ARORA 2015.12.24 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C. R No. 2644 of 2012 (O&M) -2Judge (Jr. Divn.), Amritsar is being modified by giving direction to the trial Court to conclude the cross examination of all the defendantswitnesses. However, passing of final order is stayed, till the decision of appeal, pending before Shimla High Court.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
