Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action against respondents No.6 to 10 in FIR No.0141 dated 17.06.2020 under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149 IPC and Section 325 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and to submit the status report. Status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, is on record, in which it is stated that five accused were nominated in the FIR case and four in cross-case and respondent No.10 Jeet Singh was arrested and challan qua him stands presented.
