Prayer made in the present case for quashing the order dated 05.12.2003 whereby petitioners were reverted from the post of Agriculture Sub Inspectors to that of Beldar, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving.

In the index of the petition, learned counsel had relied upon similar cases, which were disposed of due to efflux of time. 3.

Learned counsel also submits that despite best efforts he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioners. 4.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived, in case lis still subsists.
