***** SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the petition under Section 13 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 filed by the respondents has already been decided and appeal against the order of the Rent Controller filed by the revision petitioners has been dismissed. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners to counter the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents. Dismissed.
