The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.11.2012 passed by the Executing Court as also the order dated 13.01.2015 passed by the Appellate Court.

As per the E-Courts website of District Courts Hansi, the execution petition stands disposed off being fully satisfied. 3.

None had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner since 18.04.2017 i.e. the first date of hearing before this Court. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
