Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to argue the case on merits but seeks for time for vacating the premises. Time granted is four months. The petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will vacate the premises on the expiry of four months that will end with 31st August, 2015. The undertaking shall be given within one week failing which the time granted shall be withdrawn and failing which the landlord will be at liberty to put the order of eviction immediately in execution. This shall be on a further condition that arrears of rent shall be paid within a period of two weeks and the undertaking shall also contain details of the arrears and the amount that is required to be paid.
