The petitioner-judgment debtor filed objections resisting the execution of decree. The objections have been dismissed vide impugned order dated 5.3.2015. Counsel for the petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court regarding the maintainability of the revision petition on account of appeal being maintainable against the impugned order. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal along with an application for condonation of delay taking advantage of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
