(ORAL) This is a third petition filed by the petitioner seeking the concession of regular bail in FIR No.67 dated 08.04.2022 under Sections 21(C)-27 of The NDPS Act registered at Police Station S.T.F. Wing, Phase-4, S.A.S. Nagar.
At the outset, learned State counsel has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court seeking the concession of bail, however, his prayer had been declined by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Learned State counsel has also brought to the notice of this Court, on instructions from ASI Kulbir Singh, that the trial is nearing conclusion with the prosecution evidence having concluded.
In the circumstances, no ground is made to accept the prayer made in the instant petition.
Dismissed.
