There is simply no justification for the petitioner to arrive before this Court to complain that the Appellate Court should not have granted an interim direction in favour of the plaintiff-appellant. It will be open to the petitioner to apply to the Appellate Court itself for vacating the interim direction given and if such an application is filed, the Court will dispose it of expeditiously and any prayer for police protection will await the adjudication that shall be made on the application filed by the petitioner for vacating the interim direction. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of as above, dispensing with notice to the respondent.
