(ORAL) Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in CRs-1320 & 1321-2008 and for the appellants in RSA-2762-2013 informs that petitioners/appellants herein were the tenants before the Courts below and that the matter is over, as the entire tenant premises has since been purchased by the petitioners/appellants. Ld. senior counsel for the petitioners in CRs-3935 & 39372007 and the respondents of RSA-2762-2013 is not in a position to refute this contention.
