**** ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition has been preferred by the defendant-petitioner against the orders dated 20.05.2015 and 22.09.2016 (Annexures P-3 & P-5) passed by the Courts below, allowing the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The trial Court, while granting injunction vide order dated 20.05.2015, had restrained the defendants from interfering in the peaceful possession of the plaintiff to the extent of 50% share, during the pendency of the suit. The said order was upheld by the lower Appellate Court, vide order dated 22.09.2016.

The orders dated 20.05.2015 and 22.09.2016 passed by the Courts below have been challenged by way of the present revision petition.

Today, learned counsel for the parties have stated in Court that the suit is at the stage of final arguments, which are fixed for 04.01.2020. They are ad idem that the present revision petition may be disposed of with a direction that till disposal of the suit, the parties to the lis would maintain the status quo.
