Versus

Fateh Singh (deceased) through LRs ......Respondents

Present:

Mr. Ram Chander, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

There is no justification for the Union to arrive before this Court to contend that the judgment debtor has been ordered to make payment without adjudicating the issues involved in the execution petition. It is for the petitioner to seek for such adjudication before the Executing Court and if such adjudication is required to be made on an application, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application under Section 47 CPC and seek for such an adjudication. 2.

The civil revision is disposed of with the above observations. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE April 27, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.04.28 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
