*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties agreed that they shall continue to maintain status quo as directed by this Court on 17.04.2018 during the pendency of the suit. However, they submitted that let the learned trial Court be requested to expedite the trial of the case. In view of the consensus arrived at, the revision petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall maintain status quo during the pendency of the suit. Both the parties would cooperate and try to get the suit disposed of preferably within a period of one year without seeking unnecessary adjournments.
