Present revision petition is directed against the order passed by executing court. It is evident that petitioner earlier preferred similar objections which was dismissed vide order 15.07.2014 (Annexure P8). Only plea which deserves consideration is that execution may be carried out in respect of the property which is subject matter of the decree i.e. 115 square yards measuring 90 X 9 X 4 feet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his only concern is that executing court may not go beyond the decree and possession of some other property owned by petitioner may not be handed-over to the respondents. In order to obviate any such possibility, it is directed that executing court shall carry out the execution strictly in terms of the decree, if necessary it may appoint a Local Commissioner while proceedings further in the execution.

Petition is disposed of in these terms.
