**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Present petition is seeking for direction to official respondents No.2 & 3, to protect life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6, and also to direct them to ensure to not to interfere in their matrimonial life at the behest of private respondents. On 17.01.2020, following order was passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on the judgment dated 04.10.2019 rendered by this Court in CWP-29048 of 2019.

Notice of motion to the official respondents only for 16.04.2020.

Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Sr. DAG, Punjab. accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

In the meanwhile, it is directed that respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar to look into the matter and if he finds that apprehension of danger to the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners is real, he shall take appropriate steps to ensure their protection as he feels necessary, in such circumstances of the case.

Today, matter is listed first time after 17.01.2020, and Mr. Gaurav Rana, Advocate, counsel for the petitioners, appears and makes a statement that as of now, there is no threat perception to the lives and liberty of the petitioners.

On the other hand, learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Gurjeet Singh, who is present in Court, also states that both the petitioners are staying together, and they have been blessed with a daughter during this period, after performing the marriage. Therefore, he states that there is neither any interference in the matrimonial life of the petitioners, nor there is any threat perception, as expressed by the petitioners by way of present petition.

In view of the stand of the parties, at this stage, there is nothing left in the present petition to adjudicate on the issue of giving any direction to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners. Hence, petition stands disposed of.
