The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 25 dated 07.02.2023 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Jamalpur, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

In compliance of order dated 18.01.2024, status report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Jasbinder Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions, which demonstrates that the cancellation report was prepared on 10.04.2024 and has been filed on 23.04.2024 and is now pending consideration before PARUL 2024.04.25 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document the trial Court for 03.05.2024.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage. 4.
