At the outset, learned State counsel submits that, in fact, respondent No. 4-Seema Rani has filed two complaints, to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is aware of only one complaint but is not aware of any other complaint.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner contains his prayer that he should not be unnecessarily harassed and the matter is civil in nature which is being adjudicated upon by the competent Court. 3.

Considering the fact that there cannot be any estoppel against law and in case, a complaint has been received, the authorities are bound to look into the same.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that the authorities shall proceed in accordance with law by PARUL 2024.02.27 14:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document following the procedure under Section 41-A and Section 160 Cr.P.C.
