CHANDIGARH C.R. No.2853 of 2016 Date of Decision.26.04.2016 Gurvinder Singh .......Petitioner Vs.
Jeet Kaur and others ........Respondents
Present:
Mr. Ramesh Kumar Dhaniya, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
At the stage of rebuttal evidence, the plaintiff wanted to bring the finger print expert to speak about the alleged genuineness of the thumb impression found in the agreement. The plaintiff ought to have known that when the defendant was denying it, he should have produced the affirmative evidence even at the stage before he concludes the evidence. There is simply no justification to apply for an additional evidence at the stage of rebuttal evidence. If the trial Court has declined that relief, I will find no reason for granting the same. 2.
The revision petition is dismissed.
