*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) On 18.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Prayer in this petition is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in a case arising out from FIR NO.07 dated 15.01.2019, registered under Sections 452/341/323/427/34 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on vide DDR NO.32, dated 13.09.2019), at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot. This is second petition filed for grant of same relief. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a panchayati compromise dated 28.01.2019, Annexure P-3. Mr. Tejwinder Singh Hundal, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3 admits the aforesaid compromise/settlement.

Report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Kotkapura, District Faridkot, has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Keeping in view the facts of the case, petitioner is directed to join the investigation. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation, ASHOK KUMAR 2021.09.09 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document and has cooperated and is not required for further custodial interrogation.

CRM-M-2038-2020 (O&M) Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 18.02.2020 is made absolute. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
