Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the parties have compromised and the suit was withdrawn on the statement suffered by the plaintiff Darbara Singh before the National Lok Adalat on 14.2.2022. In this regard he has referred to order of the National Lok Adalat dated 12.3.2022.

Dismissed as infructuous.
