The petitioner is reported to have filed an application for setting aside the ex parte decree. Along with the said application, the petitioner has liberty to move an application for stay of execution and the Court will consider the same after serving notice to the other side. The petitioner cannot have an objection at the stage of execution that the decree passed cannot be executed. The Executing Court cannot go behind the terms of the decree but it has to, however, abide by any direction on the trial side.

The revision petition is dismissed.
