M.M.S.BEDI, J (Oral) This order may be read in continuation of the order dated 4.5.2015. Affidavit dated 26.5.2015 has been filed by the petitioner with an undertaking to vacate the shop in dispute within a period of six months and to pay all the arrears of rent, electricity and water bills. He has also undertaken not to give possession of the property to any other person. The said affidavit is taken on record.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. However, a period of six months from today is granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises subject to payment of entire arrears of rent/mesne profits within a period of one month in advance. Petitioner will not create any third party interest in the property in dispute and will handover the property, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
