In an action against the registered society, an ex-President seeks for impleadment to contend that there is a collusion between the plaintiff and the existing office bearers and the Court has observed that he is not any longer the person in the managing committee and therefore, he is not a person who can be heard in the proceedings. I cannot allow for an impleadment to be brought merely because he is a member of the society. If there are any provisions under the bye laws of the society which can challenge the action of the office bearers, the petitioner may resort to such remedy.

The orders passed by the Court below declining to make the impleadment are not erroneous in my view and I make no intervention. The revision petitions are dismissed.
