***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.01.1994 (Annexure P-6) passed by Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur, and order dated 12.07.1994 (Annexure P-7) passed by Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Punjab.

During the pendency of proceedings, matter regarding surplus area of Smt. Makho Devi was considered by the Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur, vide order dated 13.05.2004 (Annexure P-9) and matter was remanded to the Collector Agrarian, Fazilka for fresh determination of the surplus area case of Makho Devi deceased landlady. In view of the subsequent development, order dated 21.01.1994 (Annexure P-6) passed by Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur, and order dated 12.07.1994 (Annexure P-7) passed by Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Punjab, are set aside. Petitioners will be at liberty to appear before the Collector Agrarian, Fazilka and raise all the possible pleas in accordance with law. Disposed of.
