(Oral) The instant appeal filed by the State is directed against the judgment dated 16.05.2000 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, whereby the trial court has acquitted the respondents, who were arrayed as accused in complaint case No.37 dated 02.07.1993. 2.

Vide order dated 06.05.2010, this court had ordered that the present appeal be heard along with CRA-D-241-DB-2000 titled as Sajjan Singh Vs. State of Haryana, arising out of a cross case to avoid contradictory findings.

Learned State counsel has brought to the notice of this court the order dated 20.07.2010 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in in Criminal Appeal No.241-DB-2000 titled Sajjan Singh and another vs. State of Haryana vide which the impugned judgment was upheld and both the appeal and revision were dismissed.

In view of the decision rendered by the Division Bench in Sajjan Singh's case (supra), the present appeal stands dismissed. 5.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
