As per the aforesaid status report, minor girl (daughter of the petitioner) was recovered and is presently lodged in Children Home, Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Jalandhar since 3.4.2022.

The counsel for the petitioner made prayer that the present petition be disposed of in the light of status report. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
