However, the present application has been filed for withdrawal of the present revision petition on the ground that the parties have since compromised the matter.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The main revision petition is permitted to be withdrawn. CR-5253-1996 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that the parties have compromised the matter. Permitted to do so.
