This is second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 592 dated 17.07.2020, registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Model Town, Panipat, first being dismissed vide order dated 05.11.2020 passed in CRM-M-30284 of 2020.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any change in circumstances warranting interference at this stage. Argument that there is no legally permissible incriminating material against the petitioner pointing to his involvement in the alleged offence is matter of trail.

The petitioner is accused of having committed double murder. The witnesses are yet to be examined. The possibility of his influencing the witnesses, if released on bail, cannot be ruled out. No ground is made out to interfere.

Instant petition is dismissed.
