Sandhawalia, J.(Oral) The challenge in both the cases is to the order dated 06.12.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.2-Joint Development Commissioner, Rural Development and Panchayats Department, Mohali, qua the transfer of the proceedings in the cases titled "Ajay Sood vs. NEETU RANI 2024.10.29 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD

CWP Nos.1123 & 1061 of 2023 -2Rajinder Partap Singh and others" and "Panchayat Officer Moga-2 vs. Rajinder Partap Singh and others", from Moga to Jalandhar. 2.

It is admitted that due to the change in the circumstances, the matter can now be heard by the Collector-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Moga and Mr. Nakul Sharma submits that he would have no objection if the order is quashed and the matter continues to be heard at Moga.

In view of the consent as such, we quash the order dated 06.12.2022 (Annexure P-5), since it leading to delay in proceedings. Respondent No.4-Collector-cum Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Moga, shall decide the proceedings within 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The present writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
