(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1-4 for registration of FIR against respondent Nos.5-7 or in the alternate directing respondent Nos.1-4 to decide his representation dated 12.12.2022. Today, at the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his claim only as regards consideration of his representation dated 12.12.2022. In view thereof, respondent No.3 may consider the representation dated 12.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P-2, Page-16).
