Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the suit is almost at the stage of conclusion and that the status quo regarding possession over the suit property, as directed vide order dated 19.09.2016, be maintained till the decision of the suit.

In view of the above, it is directed that till the decision of the suit before the Trial Court, status quo regarding possession over the suit property, as directed vide order dated 19.09.2016, shall be maintained by both the parties.

The present revision petition stands disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
