RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) 1.

Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.367, dated 28.11.2024, under Sections 304, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (later on during the course of investigation Section 140(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was added), registered at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application there. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular bail before the concerned Court within a week from today, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a week from the date of its filing.
