RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.7, dated 25.12.2024, under Sections 3 and 4 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966 and 147, 153 and 164 of Railway Act, registered at Police Station R.P.F.Palwal. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
