*** This is the second petition for grant of regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage, however, a direction be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments. The State shall cause appearance of remaining PWs in the Court on the dates so fixed by the trial Court. The accused shall not seek any adjournment for crossexamination of PWs and shall cooperate in early completion of the trial. The trial preferably be completed within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
