This petition is directed against the orders of the Courts below passed on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC. In the face of the facts of this case, information was sought from the learned District Judge, Rewari about the fate of the pending suit. It has been informed that the suit has since been decreed by judgment and decree dated 17.01.2014 by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rewari.
