(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to official respondents to take action in FIR No. 10 dated 23.3.2020, under Sections 498-A and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station, NRI, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from SI Navdeep Singh, submits that police has investigated the matter and find respondents No. 5 to 7 innocent and respondent No. 4 is proclaimed person.

On being confronted with this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedies admissible as per law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
