Learned counsel for the respondent submits that site plan which revision-petitioners intend to produce is the same site plan, which respondent has already placed on record as Ex. P-3. Location of the property in question and other properties in both the site plans is the same. The only purpose of moving the application was to delay disposal of the petition, which on the date of filing of application was fixed for rebuttal and arguments. Under the instructions of respondent, who is stated to be present in Court, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the revision-petitioner exhibits the site plan sought to be produced vide application seeking production of additional evidence, which has been declined. The respondent will not object to exhibiting of that site plan on file.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the respondent, this revision petition is allowed. Petitioners will be at liberty to tender the Jitender Kumar 2018.02.02 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CR No. 249 of 2018 -2site plan sought to be produced by them as an admitted document, which was filed in earlier petition by the respondent. The respondent will not raise any objection to the exhibiting of this site plan. As the site plan sought to be produced by the revisionpetitioners has been admitted, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will not seek permission to lead any evidence to prove the said site plan.

The instant revision petition is disposed of accordingly. As the rent petition is at final stage, learned Rent Controller is directed to expedite its disposal preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
