The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to look into the complaints of the petitioner dated 25.12.2020, 17.12.2020 and 10.01.2021 and take appropriate action in accordance with law for the welfare and well being of three minor children. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition since the parties have already moved appropriate petition before the competent Court in Australia for resolution of their dispute.

Ordered accordingly.
