ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Affidavit, dated 14.03.2018, of Sunil Kumar, respondent, has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. By this order, Civil Revision Nos.2543, 2897 and 3456 of 2017 shall stand disposed of.

During the course of arguments, counsel for the parties have arrived at a consensus and pray that the orders impugned passed by the learned Executing Court be set aside and the Executing Court be directed to re-decide the execution petitions in view of the subsequent affidavits filed by the parties in this Court.

The dispute in the present case is with regard to set off of the amount payable under the cross decrees. The learned Executing Court has passed an order in which details of all the amounts due to the respective parties have not been noticed.
