To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
I do not find that there is any case on merits. The counsel for the petitioner himself says that he will not press for anything more than time for eviction. Time for eviction is four months on condition that the petitioner pays rent without default and also gives an undertaking within a period of one week that he will vacate the premises by four months.
2.
The revision petition is disposed of.
