Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.618 dated 30.09.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Section 307 IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station City Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
