Prima facie, the writ Court has no jurisdiction to interfere if the objections to the answer key has already been examined by an expert body. The learned counsel representing the petitioner is required to examine the matter and assist the Court.

The matter was adjourned to 11.02.2022 on which date counsel representing the petitioner again prayed for an adjournment. Thereafter the matter has been listed on three occasions but the counsel has opted not to appear. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
