Perusal of report dated 23.11.2022 shows that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and, as such, nothing survives in the present revision petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between them before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
