The defendant claims that he is in possession of the property under a lease deed. The plaintiff claims that it is not true and it has been fabricated by the defendant by using his signatures. There is a large ground which the plaintiff has to traverse before he disowns the document to which he is a signatory. The two Courts below rejected the claim of injunction in favour of the plaintiff. I do not want to upset the finding of the Courts below and find no scope for intervention. 2.

The civil revision is dismissed.
