By way of present petition, filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned summoning order dated 07.02.2020 (Annexure P-8), qua the petitioner, in case FIR No. 11, dated 19.07.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 302, 364 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dharkalan, District Pathankot, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Singh, states that all witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution during pendency of the present petition before this Court. In view of above statement of learned State counsel, Mr. Daljeet Singh Kahlon, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he wish to address all the pleas before learned trial Court at the relevant stage, therefore, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
