Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 15.07.2015, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jagraon in case FIR No. 14 dated 15.01.2015, registered under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana, whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender on the ground that parties have entered into compromise vide compromise deed dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P3).

By now even petitioner is not present in India as she is residing in Canada and thereafter, she was declared as proclaimed offender on 15.07.2015 and during all this period, she has misused the concession of bail. As such, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
